Application:

Except in emergencies, it is essential to hold your room (possibly a private room), when the hospital was provided by a practitioner of the clinic.

To do this, the medical secretary will give you during your consultation, an application, you must return to the admissions office of the Institute, completed and signed at least eight days before the date of your intervention.

Your social security:

Your application must be accompanied by a copy of your insurance card (Carte Vitale) and your mutual. As for support by your health insurer and your insurance, you will please seek clarification from the reception of the clinic or medical secretary for any extra fees that may be claimed the day of release.
