Your admission

The reception is open from 8h to 19h from Monday to Friday from 8h to 18h and on Saturday.
On Sunday and holidays, the reception is provided by the custodial staff on the floor.

When you join, do not forget to bring:

• Your social security cards and mutual.
• The test results you have been prescribed.
• The list of medications you take regularly.
• Your health record "is required" except in cases of emergency or force majeure.
• Book your free treatment (if you are disabled or a beneficiary of article L.115)
• Your clothes and your personal toiletries.
• For an accident at work, the triptych issued by your employer to benefit from full support.

The secretariat of your clinic is available to help you resolve any administrative issue related to your hospitalization.

Unless you object, certain information about you collected on special documents, are subject to a computer record. You have the right to access all the information about your health. This information is those who have contributed to the development and monitoring of your diagnosis, your treatment or preventive action. You have a choice of access to information about your health directly or through a physician you designate for this purpose.

Your stay: Everything for your health and well being.

Upon arrival, medical staff welcomes you and helps you take possession of your new environment.

You will identify the various occupational categories by their dress or badge.

If you have a private room, it will be allocated according to availability (potential against time or emergencies are unpredictable.)

We advise you not to take your jewelry, valuables or too much money. However, if you can not do otherwise, please file with the administration against receipt, the management accepts no responsibility for any objects that would have been entrusted. You must respect the hygiene, safety instructions posted in the hallways, the smoking ban and we remind you that animals are prohibited.

Rooms

For your convenience, each patient has the phone. For the reception, call 100. to get outside, dial 0 and then your number.

You can have if you want a TV.

Where possible, a family member can have a bed to support and take meals with you.

For the billing terms of availability (television and expenses acompagné), please consult the practical information you find in your room and you will be aware of all the services offered by our institution (schedules, meals, visits, etc ...)

Meals

The hotel service will serve special meals. For food and drink brought in from outside, we recommend that you inform the nursing staff for possible against-medical indications. It is forbidden to bring in the establishment of alcohol and toxic substances.

Visits

Unless directed by medical, visits are allowed from 10:30 to 20h. For your rest, you should limit them.
We recall that a prefectural banned visits by children under 15 years. However, they are tolerated for a short time if the children are quiet.
In order not to disrupt the process of care, we ask you to respect the timetable.
